Customers must report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 24 hours of receiving the order. Requests submitted beyond this period may not be eligible for review.

3. Condition of Returned Items

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Items must be in the same condition as received

Products with broken seals not caused by delivery damage
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Customers are advised to check the parcel upon delivery
Once the order is accepted and paid, it is considered confirmed
Refunds for COD orders will be processed via agreed alternative methods (e.g., bank transfer)
